Bought this already lifted. 4 inches I believe. Sitting on 33x12.5 r 20. Cut a lil hard on parking, then noticed these on the bottom arm.

I have a Zone 4" lift and mine has the same thing on lower a arm. I know there was a thread on here and someone got an answer from the manufacturer that said it is a known thing and that it's not an issue. I still don't like that it does that but supposedly it's fine.

Yep that is normal. My RC and BDS lift kits both did that.

You'll get use to how sharp you can turn so you don't hit full lock any more.

Thoughts on grinding the cast knuckles down?

Yeah for sure. I heard you can grind the knuckle's down for space?
