2016 2500 no start please help.

Hi, wondering if any of you good folk have had any issues with throttle control module processor fault code and a no start?
I have a 2016 2500 6.4hemi. P2107
Had my solas on it cleared all faults, the red lightning bolt warning will go from the dash but come straight back when I to crank it over.

Engine is turning over plugs are sparking but no fuel injecting. Pump is running fuel at the rail… I’m going to swap the crank sensor just on a whim and I’ve ordered a new throttle body but really can see it being either as they haven’t been touched nor has it moved since it ran it’s only been parked up a week or so.
