2016 Ram 1500 hid fog lights not working

Good evening everyone I just upgraded the headlights and fog lights on my truck I also have Alfaobd to make the changes to hid. the problem I'm having is the fog lights flash 3 times then won't turn on at all when the truck is on. Any suggestions as to what it might be?

If you put the original halogen bulbs back in do they start working again? If so there's a problem with your HID kit. Why put HIDs in foglights anyway? Wouldn't they just blind the hell out of oncoming traffic?

First thing I would do is get the kit on the bench and see if they fire up fine on a 12v battery. If they do, then the current draw on startup is too much for the fog light circuits, and the bcm shuts them down to protect itself. You would have to use a relay to run them.
