Hi, I have a 2020 Ram Laramie 1500 with 25,126 miles on it and the eTorque alternator went out. I discovered there is a nation wide back log for this alternator and the 3 places to claim to have one are selling from $3800 to $4500 for a $1600 part. I finally gave in and bought one for $4,000. Supposedly there is no solution to answer this backlog and Dodge will not do anything to help. Hundreds of Rams with eTorgue alternators are sittle idle until new ones can be purchased at a reasonable price.
