2023 EcoDiesel navigation not showing on dash

2023 ram limited echo diesel for navigation not showing on dash . 6 visit to dealer ciocca flemington nj ,soft flash, hard flash , replace battery, replace radio [or i thought put in a refurbished radio ], back for new radio , then navigation started showing wrong state and driving on lakes . US Customer Care <[email protected]> called customer care , received a case manager , their calls to the dealer go unanswered, truck has been at dealer for one month ,,,,finally said dash wiring harness shorted took a week to get the part they have the wiring harness for one week but are to busy to work on it be warry of this dealer and this company , i have another 2023 echo diesel with the nav not showing on the dash but by changing the themes the dash flashes and it show on the dash that trick i learned here ill live with it as i don't
want to this dealer anywhere near it

Jay first thanks for your service i am grey haired and remember when service and support was valued this company/ dealer [ new owner ] has LOST DIRECTION

yes they started working on the dash wiring harness and they ordered the wrong part , now another 3 weeks

Customer service seems to be something that has been lost over the years. Sadly, it seems to be the same in all industries. Handshakes don't mean anything anymore, kids don't know how to count change, and people will lie to your face. The value of a "return customer" has disappeared. Rant done!

On my eco diesel 1500 there an inline fuse in the engines compartment by the battery under the fuse box. That Ram doesn’t tell you about that control'sthe radio and navigation system. Anyway mine got hot and melted I fixed it and been working just fine fine for last 3 years.

It seems to me that your radio just needs swapped out. I’ve had this happen twice. 1st was our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It lost communication to satellites. That radio was replaced under warranty in about 30 days.
2nd time was with my new 2023 HellCat. Same deal as it was replaced under warranty.
Both radios were the 8.4”. You will NOT get a brand new radio, but a refurbished one. I’m not sure what is going on with ripping out the wiring, but could you have it taken some where else?
