Purchased the new Tungsten this past spring and can't even begin to say how disappointed we are in the truck. The entire truck is cover in orange peel. Granted we did see it before we purchased, but the other half wanted the truck anyway. Can't fault anything on the interior, other than the fact, in my opinion, maybe too many types of finishes. Carbon fiber, next to chrome, next to textured plastic.!
One of my biggest complaints, two parts were ordered for the truck due to them being defective from the factory. The power mirror switch assembly and a steering wheel trim piece. We just found out that Ram cancelled the order for these parts, reason given, they need the parts to build new trucks. WTH...does Ram not want to take care of its current customers? The dealership was able to push through order the mirror switch, however the steering wheel trim pice can't be ordered until Dec 2026...16 months away...he'll at this point, we won't even have the truck by then! This is our 1st Ram and probably our last!
