5 inch exhaust drone?

How bad is the exhaust drone of a straight piped 6.7?

If it’s bad can I add a resonator?

i know some guys mentioned the drone from a 5' exhaust. some even added some sort of resonator or muffler closer to the turbo to help with the drone in the cab

I have run a 5" exhaust on my truck for nearly 9 yrs., but my exhaust has a muffler. The mechanic that deleted my tune and installed the exhaust said without the muffler they are crazy loud and obnoxious. Running on the hwy, because of the exhaust drone, I have to turn the radio up to hear it, but I have bad ears even with hearing aids.
