The Lilboy will be boarderline I bet. You have a 50/50 shot of it working or your PCM accepting it.

I still wonder if your cam is bigger Nick and labeled wrong, or a diff LSA then advertised.
Its all in what you do with your truck. A trq cam is great for the streets and normal driving but wont have top end like the hp cams for the tracks. There have been alot of guys running Comp 260s with no issues on an 03 which will have more trg then the 6.1. I also agree with you that the 6.1 is alot of bang for the buck though, and often over looked because everyone just looks at track times and not over all impression of the cam.
Nick, I followed your install thread and still feel there are other issues involved.look at me. mine was supposed to work with sc and we all know that didnt happen

nope too busyHave you done any logs with the dsp with the cam nick?
even when all the issues were gone it still wouldnt run on stock or sc tune...Red is a street truck so being well mannered is important. Frist I have to get my current PCM sorted out and my SC/PSC1 installed. As noted in the 03 thread I'm trying to raise the idle. And basically how these mods work out will help me determine the cam I'll use.

I agree, It has a feel of a cam with a little tighter lsa than advertised. Or could be something with the sensitivety of the MAP sensor.
