My local (small) family run Chrysler dealer here sells ATF+4 out of their bulk barrels for pretty cheap. Not only that, they have a stack of (clean) gallon milk jugs in the corner which workers bring in, that they put the fluid in. LOL They only sell it by the gallon ...or half gallon. And really your average 'walk-in' customer wants to whittle them down to quarts, so they might not even let the average 'walk-in' guy buy in bulk (not worth messing with). I have an account there. But if you have a small Chrysler dealer nearby you could call the part's dept and ask if they do and how much it is.
The price on that has come down quite a bit in the last 15 years. Valvoline from Walmart is a lot cheaper than it used to be.
