7 cluster upgrade

I got the premium cluster upgrade for my 2017 ram express and this is my second one, but for both it was the same problem, when i tried correcting the miles on ALFAOBD it did its little procedure on the cluster but then it says “Procedure Failed” I wait a minute or so and them it says “Procedure Completed “ but the miles still wont correct.
Has anyone had this problem or can help me find a solution?

I believe people have reported this issue with underpowered Android devices and/or cheap OBD devices

yea im using an old tablet with obdlink mx+, i think im just gonna get it done by someone

No cell phone? No laptop? Anything newer than the tablet? Something with Bluetooth?
I believe it is supposed to work with iOS, Android, Windows.

i have a brand new ipad but i couldnt find alfa obd in it and the android tablet i got is from 2015. i was able to change the idle hours only on it i tried changing the drive time but it went beserk on me and gave me a HUGE number

My bad, you are correct. Yet another reason I'm glad I don't like/buy iOS products.
