After the ARU interrogation, say 'Customer Service'. Any other response will be questioned.
The ARU will then ask for a few words of clarification, say 'Returns'.
This will get you into a cue for the next available human.

After a short ARU greeting, with no interrogations, you're dropped into a cue for the next available human. It's too bad they don't provide the same simple level of service at the Canadian number.

There are other methods to reach a human requiring a myriad of clicks and sub-menus but these will not produce phone numbers, only the option to enter your number for a call
back.

An ARU will call immediately, provide an interrogation to determine your requirements and then drop you into a cue for the next human. Limiting the response to 'Customer Service' and 'Returns', seems to be the shortest route to the hold cue.

You either start the returns process or click the Customer Service link at the bottom of the page. After several carefully selected clicks, you will get to a place where you enter your number.

Before using these numbers that were tested today, compare your current date with the date of this post as these numbers change periodically.

The top number offers to start a text chat or send links via text to find solutions on the website. It's a bit more verbose and slower than the numbers I posted but responding 'Customer Service' twice in a row seems to get me to the hold cue. Thanks, John.

Installed a CTC, Eliminator, AGM, in my 2019 3.6L in November.
I thought the original one should have lasted longer but it was cranking over slower on the first few cold days so I changed it out before winter really set in.
I paralleled up a second battery when I pulled the original one out so that I wouldn't lose any settings.
So far so good.

How did this RAM Forum turn into an Amazon topic? I cannot answer the original question because my truck has dual alternators and will charge anything - and do it quickly. I have one of those little jump packs and it has started my truck, tractors, lawn mowers, and about everything I've tried it on except a diesel excavator with glow plugs. they are very handy and don't take up much space - but don't count on them to work if it is kept in a cold winter vehicles glovebox.

I am going to change the battery in my 2015 1500 SLT with Pentastar this spring just because of age !
YES I used search box but no real answer !
Does the 2015/GEN4 charging system have enough juice to fully charge the AGM Battery ?
I have read mixed reviews on it!
Thanks
Even though I read this entire thread, I'm not sure you received a direct answer to your question.

The smallest alternator I'm aware of on a 4th Gen Ram was 180 ampere. Newer ones, like my 2019, are rated 200 ampere. AGM charging voltages are a little higher than lead acid batteries, but Ram charging systems are usually good to 14+ volts.

You should be alright.
