Access flap in Fender Liner

Anyone know the part number for the access flap that allows you to unlock the headlights? I replaced my headlights not too long ago and apparently the fastener popped out on me out at the Sand Dunes here in MI; thus loosing the flap. My tire must have got a hold of it and ripped it out. I’d rather not have to buy a whole new fender liner for just the flap. Anyone know if people make them or sell separately?

I would think that if it is available separately, there would be the part number molded onto it somewhere. Check the other side and see if it has one.
