I have turned off all the ahbm settings I can find using ahbm or high beam from search terms.. Can anyone help?

Also any tips to get the HVAC config to change to Single Zone Auto, I changed it to multi zone Auto, but I can't seem to get it to change back to any single zone....

Also, Im working with my buddy to flash his 2013 Longhorn Cummins. He has a couple of MIL codes that its throwing..
One for SCR performance, one for the crankcase pressure sensor..
Is there a setting to make the remote start disregard codes or to disregard the codes entirely?

No, there is not. It's considered a safety feature of the system.

To start with the simple things:

Did you let the truck sleep after turning the settings off?

How are you trying to clear the code? Alpha will only clear codes from the module you are presently connected to, unlike a scan tool which can clear codes in all modules with one command.


These are the settings for turning it off, can you double check all of these?

Vehicle Configuration 1: Auto Highbeam
Select “no”
LIN & Misc: Smart Beam Present (AHBM)
Select “no"
2014 CBC I/O & Features: Auto High Beam Module Location
Select “None"
Customer Service Menus: Auto High Beam CSM
Select “no”
Vehicle Configuration 3: Interior EC Mirror Present
Select“no”

Note on the last one, if you have an auto-dim rear view mirror, don't turn this one off.


I don't think this is probable, but the code isn't listed as a "Permanent" code, is it? Those only turn off with time once the computer decides they are fixed, same as some emissions and can-bus codes.

i activated chsml cargo cam and lost my backup cam . is there a step i missed. 2015 ram 2500 6.7 tradesman. it has the 8.4 upgraded with factory b/u cam. if i set back to off on chsml cam i get my b/u cam back. any ideas

As I understand it, to get the button and have it work as both requires 2016 or newer. I did the same. I have factory b/u and when I add the button, I lose the cam in reverse.

What year us the radio? If it's a 13 to 14 and I think 15 those trucks displayed the backup camera in the rear view mirror when the truck was equipped with the Cargo Cam. Chrysler did come out with one firmware version that had s glitch and allowed the backup camera to be on the screen when the Cargo Cam was enabled that version was 17.11.07. They corrected it in the next update. Long story short. If you are running a 13 or 14 or 15 radio and you don't have the 17.11.07 firmware your backup camera will not show in the radio screen if you install a Cargo Cam. If you're radio has a firmware version prior to 17.11.07 you can try to locate the firmware and update your radio to that version and it should work.

Installed a set of Ram Projectors and tried to activate them and would get error bulb out and One light would work and the other would not. Had HID Bulbs with Ignitors and 35w Ballasts form Retrofit source installed with HID enabled and could not get to work properly. Also installed a set of Factory LED TailLights with the Retrofit source adapters. Seemed to work OK. This morning I had Service warnings for ABS and Braking service lights. Also Brake light on dash will not go out. My Temp reading for my Display on the heat and cool went away and now just a single red & Blue bar. Code reads B2204 Fault in Radio Freq. HUB. Also says ECU not matching.
Thanks for any insight to clear or change Faults

Did you enabled data logging?

Did you try and change anything else while you were changing things for the headlights?

If you changed the setting from quad to projectors the truck may be looking for a couple of connections that aren't there

If so check the first 18-22 pages compared to the last 18-22 pages to see exactly what you changed.

The kits you bought if they are plug and play you don't need to change anything. They have canbus adapters and resistors built in to fool the system.

For the hid's double check the polarity. It's easy to get one wrong.

Installed the LED Factory tails with the Retro adapters. I used the Ignitors and Ballasts by Morimoto. Figured to be able set the BCM Function to HID Enable. Went back to stock settings on all. Radio has different settings now with some missing. I did save the Original BCM Log to Drive. Here is what I have: For settings on the Projectors just did activate HID. I was able to clear the code. Set everything back to stock Configuration for TPMS Setting, DRL'S, . My BCM setting shows for My 2018 Factory Vin and ECU no. The RF HUb Fault is B2204. ECU Mismatch. On my saved BCM for my 2018 shows correct no. I also somehow have a 2017 Log


The Radio display has no settings for display changes. I think somehow the RF HUb got changed possibly. I have an Appt. with the dealer next Tuesday and hope to get things back to normal. I did remove the Battery terminals and nothing.

Can you get yours to read the tpms? Mine keeps telling me ecu did not receive any input please check again. But it reads everything just will not allow me to change anything.
