I'm trying to find it, lol. My eyes are all jacked from scrolling through that so much! I sure wish everything was alphabetical!
Post your newest log. I'll compare it with mine.

Well, I was able to change it to "Control-Rear Turn Lamps: No" but still no turn signals. I'm going to let it sit overnight and see if it's good in the morning.

I REALLY appreciate all of your help guys, and I'm sorry to have taken up so much of your time tonight. And I promise you, I'm not really as stupid as you probably think!

You'll probably notice "Rear Turn Lamps Output Present: Set" is different than what you have. That was one of my troubleshooting steps tonight and it's now "Rear Turn Lamps Output Present: Not Set".

Hopefully that was the fix.

These were the only differences between our logs.compare.jpeg

SWEET! Thanks again for doing that. I’ll check my truck shortly and go from there. I hate clogging up this thread with my issue though.

EDIT: No luck, still no rear turn signals today... Fuse check next, then who knows.

Sounds like you're going to get it worked out. Don't worry about clogging up the thread, this will inevitably end up helping someone else out as well in some way or another.

Thank you @Chach for coming through and helping out!

I've been using this one since 2014 for basic code reading and whatnot, and since alfaOBD came out i've been using it for that with no issues at all:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005NLQAHS/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Same here.

Do note, though, that this one does not get access to all of the modules in the truck. You can get a set of cables that swap how the pins connect to the connector in the truck, or you can get the OBD MX bluetooth adapter that can swap its own pins without use of cables.

Once you do that, you should be able to connect to the heated seat module and whatever other modules you CANT connect to on Alfa with the generic bluetooth adapter.

I had a generic bluetooth adapter, if I can find it now. I might try it with the alfa.

Interesting, i just looked up the OBDlink MX Bluetooth adapter and i see on the amazon listing they brag about "Advanced Ford & GM Support"... Wonder if it might be worth the investment since my wife just picked up a Chevy Equinox Diesel, and we'd love to be able to disable the autostop if somebody came out with an app like AlfaOBD but for GM's.

my wife drives an Exploder, so maybe I should get the MX version and be done with it. Of course, I'd have to go into stealth mode to start messing with her vehicle.

Now if alfa worked on a Ford....

I like the OBD link MX because I've been able to go into my heated seat module and door control modules to check my settings and other systems in my truck with it without having to repin it run a jumper harness. I also bought it because it can get into the Fords and the GM's and my wife has a newer Camaro.

I checked the list of known working codes, and I didn't see if you can set heated drivers seat to turn on with remote start.

Your heated driver seat and steering wheel should automatically turn on if you have the factory remote start if it's under 40 degrees. Your mirror heaters will also turn on with remote start. It has worked for all of us without even adding the code. That being said if you have the factory remote start and your heated seats are not turning on if it's under 40 degrees then you can activate the Auto On Comfort CSM with the tool. This will put the settings menu on your screen to turn it on and off and have it turn on with remote start only or all starts. This is a picture of my truck after I enable the setting in the CSM menu. I know I had the control to turn it on and off but like I said it worked before I even enabled the code.059ae5dc57dd7a0cd1dae03d019a3b21.jpgd2b1937b6b36aaec4889b9e579d74361.jpg

Well, still no luck. I disconnected the batteries for about 30 minutes to see if that would help and it didn't. Still no rear turn signals or rear hazards.

I honestly don't know what you could have inadvertently set with the tool to cause this problem. If you have checked all your fuses and relays and you know they're good and your front turn signals work and your front Hazards work but you have nothing in the rear as a last resort you could take the truck to the dealer and have it reflashed. This will put it exactly to the stock configuration. You can work forward from there. Back when we were using the AE tool it would change codes on its own and we would be unable to put them back. I've actually had to take my truck in twice and have it reflashed and start over.
