So in my last post in the Fukken wax forum, The guy in the pick, just bought a used 2010 f150 "super cab". And now were goin through the whos is better, so Far mine is louder, has a hitch, bigger engine hees got the 4.6L But his frame sits higher, and the cab is freakin huge, But mines still a dodge, he ordered a reese hitch today and all i keep hearing is "mines gunna be better, taller and faster than yours". Grrr. My question to you is a tow off might be in affect after hours later, maybe even a drag race. what are my odds here, i know my engine is a liter bigger but i dont know **** bout the ford engines. plus im sure his cab adds a lil weight, His is bone stock, auto, 4x4, BTW his truck used to be a enterprise rental truck, ill never let him live that one down. mine is a 2004 QCSB, 5.7l, 3.93's 4x4, cooper zeons in stock size on 20's, hees got 18's, i have the supertruck exhaust, bbk headers, msd wires, and well its a dodge. so what are the odds in my favor? Id love to shut him up

I haven't driven the newer fords, but back when I got my ram I also drove a F-150 Lariat with the 5.4L Triton engine and it was a dog. My guess is that the 4.6L is even worse. Probably won't be much of a challenge.

Those 4.6s are DOGS... you will be just fine. Tell him to run at a local track on grudge night and put up some money.

What is done to it??? I know of 2 rolling round here and they are cut way back on power. Im assuming they are using the 4.6 block same as the stangs but diff heads and intake along with tune and so on and so forth. I very well could be wrong though, im just a slow ram :Grenade:.

nothing but flowmaster exhaust. there are two 4.6s u know. 2v and 3v. his is the 3v (which has more hp of the two) and still has plenty of power and he gets 500+ miles a tank

I ran a new Ford pickup last year, the guy was super eager to run and i was clueless to what he had. He had a few of his Buds standing by and we got lined up. I really ran over him and he just came back and kept going right out the gate. I hope none of his friends had been riding with him.

If you race he can keep up, just use a tow chain.
