Hey Guys. Any help is appreciated
So I got the AlphaRex headlight's, don’t think it matters which ones but the v1.
If I go the Led route
I originally had the quad headlights with h11 bulbs. I know they use h7 bulbs, so I will get some. I was going to buy some decoders because I don’t want to deal with any problems. But I’m not sure on which size to get? H7? H11?
If I go the Hid Route
I see there are some Hids that only include the ballast and bulbs. Others also include a wire harness. What is the difference. There are kits that are said to work for our trucks with only the ballast and bulbs for easier install. Like https://www.amazon.com/DDM-Tuning-P...s_a_1_6?keywords=ddm+h7&qid=1584151073&sr=8-6
But then again there are kits like morimoto that also uses a wire harness. I was just wondering if there is any harm or difference between using either of these setups as it would make it easier.
DRL. Going to use F66.
I was going to buy a fuse tap but not sure which is the correct one. I see many options like: Standard, Mini, Low Profile Mini, Micro. Which is the right one? Also the fuse tap has two spots. One for the original fuse, which I think is 10A or not even sure if there is even one. As I haven’t checked. And then a spot for the new fuse. Which one goes in this spot, 10A? Or what goes in both of them?
