Amp mounting question

Is there enough room behind the back seat of a 12 crew cab to mount a 2 amps?
Amps in question are a planet audio 1200.1 and a 600.2

There is just over 2.5" of space if mounted directly to the back wall after you've removed the insulation panel, a lot more if you keep the amps down low.

That should be plenty. I need them about 4" off the floor.

They should fit.. I had my Boston amps mounted on 3/8" mdf behind the seats. Tried to mount my Soundstream Reference 1000 last weekend.... It's a bit too big..
