I've often wondered about this.

People put off the COPPER ones for 60/70/80,000 miles.

The iridium ones are supposed to last 100,000 miles, so..........

They'll probably run 200,000 miles !

This was my plug I pulled at + or - 95k




Didn't need a regap either.

COMPATIBILITY
Synthetic Multi-Purpose Grease is compatible with many other types of greases. However, it is recommended that when changing greases, the equipment be cleaned of the old grease when possible or flushed with a liberal amount of Multi-Purpose Grease while the mechanism is in operation. Closely monitor the system for any inconsistencies. Grease compatibility questions should be referred to your AMSOIL representative or AMSOIL INC.

If you are gonna mix greases, you will want to check that spot repeatedly over the next couple weeks. Grease incompatibility is a rather large issue.

I’ve only ever greased with this grease. So there is no mixing in this truck

The lay down one is on the list. We got this one to see if we liked it before dumping the $2K into the nice one. 100% top side creepers are awesome

As my truck approaches the 60k mile mark I decided that ALL my fluids should be changed.
Since I am an Amsoil dealer I will practice what I preach. The only fluid that will not be Amsoil is the transfer case. I got that from the dealer along with the filters for the transmission.

Figured after I did the plugs and belt I’d do a throttle body service too

Took just over 7 quarts. I let it all drain out. So now I will let it cool and check the cold level now that I checked the hot level. I drained it for about 3 hours. Just about 7.2 quarts to fill to perfection while trans temp was 180

Changing the spark plugs was 100% the hardest part of the entire job. Power steering fluid change was the second, transmission and coolant were tied for 3rd the brake fluid was satisfying to see all the Sediment flush out.
