Just finished a T56 swap in my 2003 hemi. Ran into some problems along the way but the end result is worth all the trouble, truck is 10 times as fun to drive now.

Running a quicktime bellhousing, act twin disc clutch, mildly built T56 and a carbon fibre driveshaft. Ecm was reprogrammed with a manual tune by arrington and am running diablsport custom tuning for the engine part.

Something is horrendously wrong. My last one went I went got a junker out of a truck with 20,000 or so original miles. No problems yet.

You spent 5k for 3 rebuilds? Thats where youre going wrong. Who ever is doing it is either giving you a deal cuz he sucks or using crap parts. My 545rfe was rebuilt and new TC for 3.5k once and i can push nearly 700 hp before it gets hairy. Go to a garage where the mechanics work on old cars and drag cars, they know what theyre doing and know whats good for a car. Doesnt sound like tranny issues, sounds like mechanic issues

With my personal experience with having a trans rebuilt, I would just get a junkyard trans for now on if I were to stay with the 545, driving habits really are they key In Keeping them alive.
