Hello all,
I finally had it with my 2015 Silverado. A truck that I had to replace the ENGINE at 117k, every AC component (besides compressor), the starter, multiple electrical issues, a dozen recalls, etc. This besides the normal wear and tear items like brakes, ball joints (which require complete a-arm replacement), shocks, etc etc. Im not the only one with that era of Chevy to have a million problems. And I will never ever recommend one to anyone EVER.

So back to simplicity and power I go. Picked up an 01 3500 DRW. I had an 08 with 6.7 and wish Id never gotten rid of it. So good to be back.

Welcome - my 2007 Chev was well on the way to a new engine @ 70k miles when I dumped it and went to Ram in 2012. There are more than a few of us on here.

I actually still have my '12 (~93-94k) Silverado, and currently, the only active recall is for the airbag issues. GM skated around another recall issue with the trans by calling it a "service notice" or some such BS. Basically a bad flywheel and/or tranny bell housing. How it didn't get to the level of a recall is beyond me.
