2012 Laramie 2500. Dual zone climate. Every option works, i can switch the mode selector, run the dual zones independent, fan speeds, etc. The only thing that doesnt work......hot is cold, and cold is hot. Ive replaced the control head unit to be sure, and visually inspected the entire system and verified all of the mechanics are working as and when they should. The temp controls are literally just backwards. Has anyone experienced this?

Can this be a programming issue, ie pcm or bcm flash update? I would have expected this type of issue to be resolved with the head unit, but it was not.

Hi GreenKing,
If you are unable to determine the cause of this with the assistance of fellow forum members, we would suggest reaching out to your local Ram dealer to help diagnose your concern. If you decide to go this route and would like assistance please reach out to us privately.
