I love my 2014, but have been working through the water issues! My first and second car wash ever blew the third brake light. Fixed that with the Home Depot gasket fix. Then I had water under the seat on the passenger side and found the defect under the roof rubber on that side. I fixed that with clear silicone down the hole and under the rubber. Recently I checked it again and water under the seat again. It's traveling down the power rear slider on that side and I'm 98% positive it's plugged drain holes! The problem is I couldn't locate them to blow out with air or a piece of wheed-whacker string. I also can't find a video, drawing or anything showing the hole location or how to unclip the cables in the track. Any help, or photos would be great. Thanks!

Anyone have a picture of the sliding window removed to see where the drain holes are located?

Haven't found any drain holes mentioned in the new trucks.
Did see how the rear slider cable blocks are removed.

Mine is having the same issue. It's back at the dealership right now for the second attempt to fix it. They said they sealed 3rd brake light and put silicone on part of the rear window but under my rear driver's side seat keeps getting wet. I'll see what they come up with now when the leak guy checks it out tomorrow. Very irritating as it rains a lot in Florida and looks like I'm getting a little rust under the seat now from it.

I'd have the vents on the rear cabin wall replaced in case water is getting thru them. I had water getting under rear passenger seat from the vent on that side.
Supposed to be a newer vent PN also 68323649AB

I blew the track out with high pressure air and zero water through heavy rain and car washes. It seems their are multiple things that causes these issues. Just go through the list one by one.

- 3rd brake seal
- Sliding window track
- Cabin vent
- Roofline cab weld defect

Thank you RamCares. I picked up the truck today and in true Florida fashion it was raining when I picked it up. Unfortunately the carpet was wet when I got home. I may try to check the cabin vent over the weekend. I'm trying to minimize the amount of times I have to go in to work late or leave early when dropping and picking my truck up. I'm going to sleep on it as my irritation level is rising with this being wet again immediately after picking it up.

For some reason I have quite a few friends who work for a mobil auto glass company. I did all the fixes but still ended up with water under the rear seats. I brought the ram to one of their houses and he removed, cleaned and resealed the entire back window for a 6 pack. No more soggy ratchet straps under the seat.

Three slots or slits in the rubber weatherstripping under / bottom of each window glass pane

One slot in the rubber for each glass pane

Those are your drain tubes

I gutted my 2011 back in the day

Those drains where plugged with black silicone from the factory

As with all the mentioned issues being a possibility there is one that hasn't been. On my previous ram i has a similar issue where right below the back window where the rounded cab section meets the cab back wall the seam sealer cracked. When i finally found this i used some windshield flow able RTV to seal up the area and no longer has any issues. Hope this may help some at least worth looking at.

I wanted to update you guys as I think the problem is gone. I removed the passenger seat behind the driver and put silicone caulk around the cabin vent that is under the rear window. This seams to have done the job and we had a hard rain today and so far no water. I will check again in a few days but normally it would have soaked the carpet by now. Thank you guys for all the info and RamCares for the offer to assist. There are videos on here or youtube showing how to remove and caulk the vent if anyone else is having issues but that seems to have fixed mine.
