Had one in my 99 Dakota R/T, loved it.
Since my Ram had a plastic drop-in when I got it, I got the Bedrug that goes over a drop-in (no sides or front) and their tailgate rug so I still have a comfy bed!

Love mine.

Only issue is if you have the spray in liner, you need adhesion promoter to get the velcro to stick better. I used some but apparently not enough, some of the side pieces have come off so I ordered more adhesion promoter and plan on upgrading the non-heavy duty velcro strips to all heavy duty.

I had one in my 99 Ram with a tonneau cover. I liked it a lot. Just threw a tarp in the bed if I needed to haul mulch or anything dirty.

Yep definitely helps on the knees but honestly I love it even more for the fact that the bed floor becomes flat, so removing landscape rocks, dirt, mulch becomes a LOT easier once the rug is there (even with a tarp over the rug and under the rocks/dirt/mulch)

Its funny I bought mine on a whim because it was a decent deal on Ebay, but it turned out to be one of the best things Ive done to the truck. I still get people giving me a WTF about my truck bed being "carpetted" but I know the deal so I just ignore them.

Exactly.

My daughter can fit sitting up cross legged with the tonneau cover on. When we're outside doing stuff she'll just hop in the bed and chill with a book or tablet.

I had one years ago and I did like it but found that after time and use it didn't stand up great. So first there was the section that connected to the tailgate, it tore at the bed / tailgate gap, and also pulled away from the tailgate. The latter was easy to fix the tear not so much. My brother in law had some similar issues. I did like the cushion concept. When I got this truck I got the bedrug mat instead. All I can say is wow. IMO a much better product. It's much thicker and you can easily remove it anytime if your hauling garbage or dirt. Sleeping on it is great tried and tested many times and is easy on the knees. Oh and it's much cheaper than the full rug.

Had one in my old truck. Installed it myself and loved it. Pretty easy install to do urself. I bought extra tape to ensure it never moved.

If my ram didn’t have the Spray in Bedliner already I would get one again without hesitation.

I have one now and hate that it took this many years to give it a shot. I was a diehard Linex fan, all my previous truck had it and it performed flawlessly, even had a toolbox sprayed to match once(best thing I ever did to that toolbox). Getting older I guess and wanted something a little easier on my knees cuz I thought it would be a great idea to lift my daily driver/ dad’s taxi (for 3 girls) and hooping up onto the tailgate wasn’t really feeling all that great. Waited way too long before getting a Bedrug for my ‘14 and I love it, don’t see ever getting anything different.

finally added a bed extender at the same time and now I have the perfect set up for things like groceries and what not when it’s folded inward.
