What did you do with steering wheel controls? Add them?

Yes. They work like a charm and was a fairly easy mod, except for that darn air bag. There is a great write up in the DIY section.

Regarding the rear seat back mod.

I researched this mod a lot before deciding which approach. I decided to cut the rear seat back hooks rather than washers to raise the seats. Cutting the hooks is easy, doesn't change the seat height, is free and performs perfectly.

I was waiting for someone to do this with the new hook style. I'm thinking I'll do the same but bevel the nylon edge like the factory setup so it slides on easy.

Thanks for posting this! Adding spacers is not working for me. Almost an inch of spacers and it still won't come off easy...

Easy for putting it back in place...is should rest in the sane position it always has when hooked.

I almost did it last night, but I sweet talked the wife into tint, so the assist will have to wait. I really like not having to hold the tailgate when I open it.
