Big interior swap

This weekend I'm going to be swapping a bunch of stuff from my beothers 2017 ram big horn into my 2017 ram base model

Stereo ( non nav ) 8.4
Dash cluster
Heated seats

What should I prepare for and pick up I'm not expecting?? Will everything be plug and play?? I can take anything i need off the big horn.

You might need the harness under the carpet for the heated seat wiring along with the control buttons in the radio bezel and if it has a heated steering wheel take the wheel too. But even if you take all the components that you need, you will still need Alfaobd or something like it to turn the features on in your truck. Or take it to the dealer and have them add the sales code for heated seats and reflash your body computer
