This is what I was referring to earlier...I just removed my blower motor. It was pretty clean inside no dirt came off the blades really but some came out from where the bearing would be located. I sprayed compressed air best i could and it made it a little quieter but not much. It's not worth replacing the blower motor at this time. It has zero play. I'm not gonna to replace the damn thing unless it starts sounding like the Rock Biter from The Neverending Story. If I can only find some kind of cleaner/lubricator vent spray product, i'd definitely try it.
Sorry, don't know why it's broke. The product is called Spraytech Vent Magic. It's a silicone lubricant/deodorizer.When I opened the site it doesn't go to anything unfortunately
