Bullbar/Parking sensor - relocation

I recently put on a bullbar on to my truck, and obviously, the new object is interfering with the parking sensors in the front. What I really need to do is relocate the sensors to the bullbar…

Does anyone know of a part that's sold as an extension?

Or could someone tell me where I could get the male and female connectors to make my own?
