Holy sh*% I didn't know this thing had posi rear end!!! So I was on my way home at a trifocals light and I turned off the traction control and floored it. On remember this is a full size crew cab 1500 with 5.7. I laid a patch both tire all the way across the enter section. I laughed my ass off cause I didn't expect that. I didn't even expect to due a burn out, but once it started I was like yeah yeah then it was like shoot are the cops around. Hahaha I haven't had that much rear wheel HP since my 1990 Chevy 454SS. I live this fing truck.

Yeah my short wheelbase reg cab V8 8 speed is a real hoot to drive. They tell me flame red adds another 10 hp.

Stickers always add HP, even rookies know that!!! Get some paint for your calipers too I hear that makes it faster too!:roflsquared:

^ I cannot do that in my truck. I have tried, w/ traction control off, still has some computer garbage kicking in. I guess to save me from myself haha. Custom tune I am assuming?

Edit: 3.92 5.7 8-speed.

I used to do burnouts, but at $650 a tire for my 35's I'd like to make them last lol!

Now when I had stocks that was a different story ;)

Nope, just what 35" Duratracs cost in Canada. We get f**ked on everything up here!

Example - I went to buy a new ground blind and turkey decoys yesterday. Thanks to our dollar, what would cost an American $320, was going to run me $600.

Your running 17 " rims right?

Makes a whole lot of difference on demonstration of speed and power as the Po-Po call it.

20" rims are a ****** to break loose with a near-stock set-up.

Using water is cheating--so is doing a power stand. But like I said in previous post, 17" rims are easy, 20" rims on dry pavement are difficult to break loose.
