I'm sure that kit will work. The 2019 and up are different lights and connectors but like the earlier years that did not come from the factory with cab lights I'm sure the wiring is not there so you will have to splice it in either way so doesn't really matter.
Personally I would try and get the new version of the lights if I was doing it on a 2019+ truck but that's just me. I don't think they have a "kit" yet so you would have to buy the individual lights.

I have a 2015 Ram 1500, and I added clearance lights to my truck. All I can say is use MOPAR OEM lights. I have had 0 leakage. I have heard horror stories of other brands leaking. Measure 5 times and cut once. Not a terribly hard job, I just tied into the parking light wire behind the switch..

Maybe this is a stupid question, but what practical purpose do these serve on a pickup? I thought they were a requirement based on width. And if you don't have them they're not required. Or is it more for looks for you guys? Not judging if so, just curious.

I believe the body style on the 2019 HD is the same as the 2018 1500, so yes they should fit. And as other's have said, go with the Mopar set.

I like them because I drive a lot of small country back roads. It is a warning to other drivers that they are meeting a large truck that ain't no S10. Plus they look cool!
