I'm not sure whether to post this here or the interior section - figured i'd post it here so anyone else who's been having this issue can have it corrected.
I've been very happy with my truck, it's had zero issues for over a year since I've had it except the recalls and the only money i've spent is for the fluid changes & spark plugs. At 70k kms now (44k miles), running strong.
I did, however, have a VERY annoying metallic rattle coming from somewhere in the cab, sounded like full toolbox being shaken. I finally ended up isolating the noise to the passenger seat, down to the seat back. When the truck goes over the smallest bump, it rattles. Took it in and the tech also concluded that its the seat back. .tapping the base doesnt do anything but tap the seat back and CLANK. They ordered a new seat frame under warranty, should have it in soon and hopefully the truck becomes issue free again.
The tech I deal with is also a Ram guy, owns a 2013 Sport and we were talking about levels, ended up working out an install+alignment deal with him.
So i'll hopefully be leaving the dealer with a new seat frame & a 2.5" level soon
