Catalytic Converter

Hello Everyone,

I'm new here on the forum. I have a question about the exhaust system on my 04 dodge 1500 hemi. I want to change the muffler on it, however; I don't see a catalytic converter in front of it. Is the converter built into the muffler? I'm not sure if it's a stock muffler. I assume that it's not, since the sound of this truck is fairly loud. I'm trying to quiet it down some.

There should be 2, one on each side, not far outta the manifolds before the y pipe if its not changed to true dual setup.

There should be 2 on a hemi not sure about the 4.7 motors, the Cat's are close to the Manifolds.
