not the furry lil animals either... think I am going to go with the shorty headers from JBA. looking to upgrade to high flow cats. is there anyone out there have any idea if they (JBA) or anyone else makes bolt up high flow cats that will work with the shortys? I know that ARH makes them, but I was not sure if they would work with shortys...

THANKS GUYS!

In all honesty, switching to high flow cats with shorties wouldn't give you much of a gain, if any. The stock cats flow fine, so the only time I recommend the upgrade is if you are adding them with the ARH setup. Otherwise, I think that money would be better spent on other upgrades.

mmmm

well, kinda heard that the factory cats were good enough unless you find yourself buying the ARH longtubes. I guess I might rethink things. maybe shortys and TQ converter? hmmmm. thanks again

I guess that's why I read the forums. you learn something new everyday.

I think you are on the right track with the converter. Headers and a converter are going to make a complete night and day difference in performance.

If you can wait it out till you can throw down the money on longtubes I'd just wait, then you can have both of best worlds, highflow cats and better performance headers.
