I bought my truck a few months ago (95 ram 5.9l) and it always seemed to lack on power and get up, but had alot of torque. Anyway i replaced the IAC today because I was having a spudder above 45 when I took my foot off the gas. Wow what a difference a new IAC made, all the sudden I have the power I was supposed to have the whole time. The spudder is still there alittle bit, not as huge, so thinking now it could be plugs and wires time, the previous owner had that on his to do list at the 100,000 mark which is 4000 away ( yeah he never drove the truck.) Anyway, the truck is funner now.

A good set of plugs wire cap rotor should make another notable improvement.

Use plain copper core plugs. No fancy platinum crap. The Magnum motors don't like em!

Also make sure the distributor cap and rotor have brass contacts
