Hi,

Currently not a Ram owner, but leaning heavily towards one for my next truck.
No worries, not a hardcore fanboy from another brand, though my current truck has been amazing over the last 11 years. Its just I am looking for something to lug around a 5th wheel RV and am eyeing a Ram for 2 reasons.

1) If I don't go dually, I think a well-optioned tradesmen will be perfect. Guess thats a benefit of not getting a new truck often - everything I really want is now standard on the lowest trim levels! And some features on the tradesmen cant be had in competing brands until you go up a trim or 2...

2) If I do go dually, I think I need to pair it with a mega cab...and thats purely for aesthetics because I think it looks amazing.

Though the biggest challenge is this ongoing shortage we all know about, so we shall see how it plays out.
Looking forward to learning from all of your knowledge and experience.

Thanks,
Rich

Welcome, from a Buckeye-turned-Floridian! I agree that the Tradesman provides great value. My 2500 had some nice standard stuff and the upgrades made it perfect for me. Got about $3k off the sticker in March and was lucky to show up the day after it got to the dealership, beat 2 other people to it :)

Welcome to the forum from Jefferson Wisconsin. Also a tradesman makes me happy to have the hemi to mod. Tired of the LS motors just wish it was a bigger trans.0AD3C6E5-6657-445F-BE1C-6E0A219CFF33.jpeg

Welcome to the forum. I think you would like the Ram dually, but I might be a little prejudiced, as I have one.
