Clunking Diff

Have been experiencing a clunking from rear diff when decelerating, engine defueling and when stepping into throttle it clunks. Mostly slow speeds around 20-30 mph. 2016 1500 Hemi 8speed. Thx

That sounds more like a bad u-joint. Have you checked the driveshaft?

That was my first thought.

And a u joint will be a whole lot cheaper to replace!

Checked driveshaft. No play in u joints.
