So this weekend my engine light came on. So I go to the dealer ship and 5 hours later they tell me they don't know what is wrong with my truck and the code is not a normal code. The biggest problem is my remote start will not work with and engine light on. So they clear the code and tell me to come back if the light comes back on. Has any one else had this issue??

I don't have the diesel, but the code is for Cylinder 6 Injection Timing. RAM should be able to figure this out.

As far as remote start, and check engine lights or low fuel indicate lights, remote start will disable itself.

Knowing the precision of the fuel and injection, i would not think this a fluke. It could be though, and you may never see it again.

Was it real cold? -40c trips the check engine light, sucks as we get it quite a few times a winter up here

No it was like 30 degrees warm
