I don't even see why anyone gives a crap. It doesn't cause issues with using headlights, and it doesn't ruin, or break anything. Seems like a silly reason to discuss a fix for something that's not broken. What gives?
The "technical" fix for this is to remove the head light, the brown bump stop looking things are vent covers, pull them off, check the vents for obstructions, then put them back on where they are on just enough where they won't fall off. Chances are this won't fix anything. Your best bet is to use a hair dryer and dry out the inside of the head light, toss in a silicon packet and add silicone around the head light.

Would it be better to completely seal the housing?

Where are the vents? Any pics? Mine haven't had any condensation yet, but I just had them out of the truck again and it probably wouldn't have hurt to make sure they are open enough
these things with the brownish-orange caps...
Super frustrating because it looks like crap!

If it makes ya feel any better....![]()
