Almost forgot CREE LED reverse lights from Retroshop. By the way Reece, did you order the actual EZ down or just go to the store and get a knock off one? Heard they're just as good

Pretty sure I got my ez down off amazon. its nothing complex so if they have knock offs for less I dont see a reason why not to get one of those....dunno

had any problems with diode's going out? or have you not had them long?

Yup, I chopped mine off down to 12" and it works great, I really don't like the look of the 4-6" antennas on these trucks...but anyhoo, I am 20-35 miles from radio stations and it works flawlwessly, pluse being 12" and painted black really fits the look of the truck better.

This is before I painted it...

yep i did the same thing cut it down and painted black. but instead of putting the ball back on i just sharpened the tip to a nice point.

Where did you find these lights for so cheap??

they should really put these on at the factory. I love using one hand to open the latch and letting the gate fall by itself. shocks everyone lol they all prep for a heavy tailgate. The best is when a 105lb girl goes to open it.

Ive probably had them....um year and a half two years maybe. Im bad with time. But no issues here. I had mine color match tinted by JJ, still bright.

i thought about just smokin the lenses but i wanted to get the led's especially since i have the led strip under the tailgate.

the video I posted is after they had been tinted. I love the pattern of my led tails. I have been told once that they are not super easy to see in the bright sun. but thats one reason why I got the led tailgate light bar. Im very happy with it all.

your not happy with the thread? I thought its gone really well? We cant do everything for you. We just plant the seed, you adapt it for your truck and style and search for the best price.
