Coolant Temp at 240F while at hwy speeds

It does change color basically as soon as you drive a few weeks

noticed mine was now red .2500 6.4. for a moment my heart skipped a beat. it appears the trans and engine cooling are seperate stand alone systems and clearly theres no oil in it. but for a second i nearly cried lol

So Op, how about an update on the engine temp issue?

240 is way to hot. Mine when it was low on coolant only got to 220 and I was freaking out about that. Something is not right. You need to get it into a good shop like said before.
