OK, i found some time, but, i should have waited and not rushed. It came out OK, but not 100% I probably should have put more glue around the inside edges. Once I injected the glue i tried to spread it around using a micro fiber rag.

I found it was easier to pull the plungers out of the needle body and squirt the glue in, then replace the plunger. Be careful, i did poke myself twice. Maybe when it get warmer next spring i'll do the small parts again and see if i can get it flat 100%

Not to bad of a job in my opinion. Waiting patiently to see the final results after you completely finish. So far so good and I hope the adhesive holds up.

I have a 2020 2500 Limited with the leather dash delamination issue.
I've found a place to buy a replacement dash, but am having a hard time finding any DIY type videos to guide me in the right direction when it comes to the removal/reinstallation.
I'm pretty proficient when it comes to working on my cars and trucks, but pulling this dash out is another animal.
I'm wondering if anyone has used an online subscription service like Alldata DIY, Mitchell1 DIY, Identifix, or similar, that may have some step by step instructions that will help me keep from screwing things up - or maybe know of a Youtube video out there addressing this particular repair process.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Nobody here that has this issue has pulled and replaced their dash hence the no response to your post. Everyone that has this issue or had it resolved went thru @RamCares, their service dept or both. Others have just put a dash mat over it and forgot about it. I posted a response for you to try and get you pointed in a direction that may help but I’m guessing you didn’t like it since your posting the same question again. I got mine replaced under warranty with no fuss but I have a service dept that cares and went to bat for me. Good luck trying to DIY this.

The dealer isn't going to do squat and RamCares (to this point) is dragging their heels. I'm starting to get tired of the run-around.
And a dash cover looks like crap...
Thanks for "pointing me in the right direction" though.

2023 Limited with 37,600 miles and a bubble appeared this morning; about 4” diameter just right of the instrument binnacle. Appointment at my dealer next week (earliest I could get in), and while they’ve been good to me so far, they hinted this won’t get covered since I’m out of warranty on miles (but not time). That would be disappointing; the kind of disappointment that causes me to change brands, permanently. We’ll see.

Thanks for the mention, @TRK_GANG74! Know we would be open to continuing our conversation in combination with your dealer as well if that interests you, @ronreece1961. We're always here!
