Dashboard lights stay on after ignition is off

My 2018 1500 ram truck is sitting dead in my driveway because the dashboard lights stay on all night long and every single time I turn the vehicle off. Dodge ram is aware of this problem and I’ve had it in the dealership and they say it is a software problem and that there is nothing that can be done about it! Please, anyone out there dealing with the same situation?

I would take my truck back to the dealer and leave it there until they fix it. Demand another truck that actually works. You had the expectation of purchasing a properly running vehicle.

p.s. tell them you'll only settle for a Demon while you wait.
