3" mid. No dealer in the US carries them... Special order only, from Germany. A guy on diyma is selling a beat up set for $450.

I was/am trying to get a hold of a pair, because of the attempt at putting my mids on the dash in "home-made" pods. Otherwise, I'll have to get the Hat L3 Pros to match my tweeters...

This attempt may or may not work, lol!

Lol! I would have some L3v2s for sale if this goes down... I am more interested in figuring out a way to put aluminum pods on the dash for mids, than I am to spend money on more equipment.

The problem with the L3v2s is that they are not attractive enough to be exposed...

I have tinkered with the idea of taking the dash grills and molding a pod onto those but you would have to see if you could live with those sitting up on the dash. I don't blame you cause from where you are at its just going to keep getting more expensive lol.

I love the subs. I actually had the Helix subs back in the truck for a few weeks to compare them to the BMs... The Helix definitely hit much harder, but the BMs sound so clean and detailed. Most noticeable is how you can't tell where the bass comes from with the BMs, where the Helix sorta kick you in the seat back to remind you where they are, Lol!

I havent 100% decided to sell it or not, just curious as to all your doing if you had retained to factory radio, not able to keep up with your changes
