DEF filling problems

I have a 2015 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel and I am currently having problems with filling the def fluid. I did an oil change and was going to fill the def as usual but didn't even get the first quart in it when it started spilling over. I removed the nozzle from the inlet and the def SLOWLY drained down. Cap has always been on and I can see nothing down the spout. What gives?????

I'm guessing the hose may have a kink in it somewhere under the truck? Maybe try pushing fish-tape down the fill port? see how far it goes down?
I just filled mine up the other day at a truck stop. That pump was fast, I couldn't put the nozzle in all the way to give room for air to come out. It took 7.5 gallons.
