Delete air suspension sales code

We have a customer inquiring about removing his factory air suspension. Obviously, they would need springs, front shocks, spring seats....all the hard parts. I'm curious if anyone knows a way to delete the air suspension sales code (SER) so they won't have the warning messages constantly popping up. We checked dealer connect & theres nothing in add/remove sales codes area.

If alfa obd can do, that'll push me over the edge to get it.

Has anyone done it or heard of it being done?

Haven't heard of it but I am pretty sure Alfa can do it. I've seen the option when I was scrolling down the list.

I have the air suspension on my truck but not totally sure if I want to try disabling it as a tester.

Don't blame you for not wanting to be the Guinea pig. Would you mind seeing what the options are though? Or if anyone else has played around with that part of the menu, please chime in.

Told our manager to give me a few days & see what I can figure out. We're supposed to be talking with the customer on Wednesday (not sure if on phone or in person). Manager said he already got ahold of Chrysler & they want us to see what's going on with the system before doing such a drastic change.

Arnott Air Suspension has just launched NEW front air struts part number AS-3017 and New Rear Air Springs Part Number A-3016. Premium components. Just a thought before anyone bypasses everything.

Food info Uni, thanks. I'll have to remember that place for later on. With my particular customer, he opted to have it repaired with a new compressor & valve ass'y. Saw him yesterday & he said its working great.

I just deleted the air suspension out of mine and tried disabling the ascm through alfa obd but it didnt work

you need to pull the fuses for the air compressor and ASCM. If the BCM detects the ASCM on startup it will give an error.
