Yes, the Diablo Tune is the 93 tune.
I am running the 91 canned tune with some tweaks to the tune, and I like it. I do custom tuning on my car with HpT and am just waiting for the day they unlock the Gen4 hemi's then itll be a good day

But for now, the InTune runs great and I like it. I have had to deal with their customer service twice now, and both times its been fine. As well, their customer forums have alot of useful information in them if you are looking to search for info or ways to modify the provided tunes (i.e how much fuel to add top end if you have an intake/exhaust installed) and other little goodies
1. Part throttle upshift - little unsure of this, but I assume its a setting to change how much throttle you have to apply nonWOT before it shifts up a gear.... I didnt touch this setting.
2. WOT fuel - this is a category to add/subtract fuel in a few different RPM ranges, to combat running lean/rich. I left the bottom two categories alone, and added 5% fuel top end to
account for more airflow due to my intake.
3. WOT spark - broken down same as the WOT fuel category, and allows you to advance/retard timing in RPM ranges. I left this alone because I dont have a reliable knock reader, and you only really need to fiddle with timing if you are going nitrous/****/boost or doing some hefty mods.
4. Throttle booster - this is an option to add a percentage of throttle to account for the lag created by the drive-by-wire throttle setup that the dodge's come with. Basically it will take your current pedal position and add whatever percent you want to it. I have mine maxed out at 20%, so it thinks that the throttle is 20% further than it actually is, helping to speed up full WOT. Some people have it at 5/10/15%, depends on your drive style and how jumpy/easy you want your initial acceleration.
Hope that helps
