Check engine light???
my Truck threw the check engine light today and i came across the "key dance" trick to have the odometer give me the codes but ive tried every key cycle combination and cant get anything to show up. My truck is a 2010 SLT 5.7hemi. It has the digital odometer located in the 2" lcd display btw the speedo and rpm gauges(EVIC maybe??) The information on this display is controlled via buttons on the steering wheel and i can view things such as, radio station, fuel economy, oil psi, oil temp, trans temp, coolant temp, tire psi, change units from metric to english and has a message center. can this "key dance" trick not be used with this typ of dash or am i missing somthing:? cycle key 3 times (within 5seconds) leaving it in the on position after the 3rd cycle right?
