Those are on national backorder?
Fair enough...In fairness to them they did a great job designing the bezel, the volume thing a little hokey and the price crazy. But at the time it was the best looking solution on the market. In all honesty one thing I preferred with that set up was the HVAC controls. While not as cool looking as the touchscreen ones they were much easier to use.
You could sell it someone will buy it as some folks do not want to install the conversion harness etc. I bought the one without the volume control, 150.00 for a piece of plastic, but it did fit and look OEM. I wound up selling it to a member on here with an extra set of steering wheel controls for 125.00, nice deal for both of us. I got rid of what I did not need and he got what he needed to add the RA4.
From what I've gathered, yes. With no known ETA. I tried 3 parts companies and all refunded my $$ the next day because the modules are unavailable. Positive is I got to see everything hooked up and working, just with the wrong module and no cold A/C.
I was finally able to find the Module after a few attempts. Part# 68183973AC
68183973AC - Genuine Mopar CONTROL-A/C AND HEATER
I ordered mine last week and received it earlier this week. I emailed them prior to ordering and confirmed it was in stock.

Part# 68183973AC looks like it is being replaces with Part# 68236772AB
These 3 dealers may have that part in stock.

Also what is the difference between the Extended Length, obviously i know its longer but whats the advantage of it being longer.
Wow that new part is kind of expensive compared to what it replaced, cheapest I found it was 112.00, the old one was like 70.00. But at least you do not have to buy the additional mopar harness and the resistor like us guys that have the 4 speed OEM set up.
You have a 7 speed. The correct way to tell is look at your truck and count how many speeds the fan has and see if it is 7 or 4.my truck is a 2014 bighorn that came with the ra2 so i buy the right conversion parts how do i know what speed fan motor i have
thank you i will check it outYou have a 7 speed. The correct way to tell is look at your truck and count how many speeds the fan has and see if it is 7 or 4.
This is assuming you have a 1500.
