Door hinge removal

I have a 2017 ram 1500 I need to replace the driver side bottom hinge. Is there an easy way to do this besides tearing the inside apart

one little trick that can be done,

using some kind of combination of of cement blocks & 2 x 4s, along with some wood wedges, build a platform under the door.
face the 2 wedges in toward themselves.
when you tap the fat edges of the wedges toward each other, the door will lift

Think I'll be doing a passenger, front, lower hinge on my '18. SQUEAK, SQUEAK. It's been cleaned, lubed, cleaned, lubed. Must be a common issue as I did a part number search online and about a million different places list a replacement hinge in stock, ready to ship. 4 or 5 different after market options as well as OEM makes me think this is a common issue.
