Doors Intermittently Won't Lock

I have a 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie with the the keyless touch and go. Lately I've noticed my doors intermittently won't lock either when hitting the lock button on the fob or either button on the front doors. The alarm will set, and I hear the tailgate lock. However if I pull on the handle to a rear door it opens and the alarm sounds. Took it to a dealer and they updated the bcm software. $200 later (software not covered by warranty) I thought that would be it. But a week later and it happened again. Took it back and of course everything works as advertised for the dealer. They basically told me they can't figure it out and sent me on my way and told me to monitor it. They plugged in the computer, and no error codes. Anyone have any insight to this that maybe I can bring up to them?

My truck is indeed back in the shop as we speak. They’re trying to duplicate the problem. I’m hoping they replace the bcm. I’ve seen reports of this happening to other ram owners. However, I was told they can’t just change a part out unless they can duplicate the problem. But my problem is so intermittent. I can’t even pin down conditions that might promote the failure.
