I'm pretty sure i'm just an idiot and hitting some kind of memory button, but every once in awhile I'll get in my truck and my seat will be all the way laid back... Anybody know what button I'm accidentally pushing to make it do this? Or do I need to call an exorcist?... :hidesbehindsofa:

Not sure... I'm assuming it does if my seat keeps auto adjusting randomly. I just need to figure out how it works so I can stop doing it lol.

I know mine adjusts sometimes when I lean in to get something out of the console and unknowingly press the adjustment buttons with my thigh. Next time I get in I'm like wtf?

You have a Lonestar. I'm sure you have memory seats. The manual is your friend :).

I thought only the Laramie came with memory seats. I know I've got every option possible on a sport and still don't have memory seats. It's two buttons on the side that are like a rocker. And have an s button in the middle.

Mine has 2 memory setting. One for each key ... so if my wife drives with her key it automatically goes to her adjustments. Also I love when you take the key out of the ignition the seat automatically moves backward to give ya plenty of room to get out.

Lonestar isn't the Laramie. My last two trucks were lonestar. It's just the Texas edition package.

But. Just in case you do have them, just look on the side of your seat. They're pretty noticeable.

This is my first post, I bought my truck yesterday and have the same issue. I came outside from work today and the driver seat was laid all the way back. What am I doing wrong? Did anyone get the solution to this problem?

Regards

Merc

Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear about your seat concern. I was unable to find a TSB that would address this. Have you spoken to your dealership regarding this strange seat activity?

was the seat laid all the way back before you opened the door or after? The seat might be programmed to go to that position on the FOB you are using. I would pull out the manual and try a reprogram on the seat.
